Teagan de Laronde

Aaniin, my name is Teagan de Laronde (she/her) and I am Métis with historic roots/ routes from Northern Lake Superior. 

I currently attend Trent University, enrolled in the Indigenous Bachelor of Education program. I previously graduated from the University of Toronto where I completed a specialization in Indigenous Studies and a double minor in Political Science and Religion. 

In my spare time, I lead Métis music and dance workshops and love to bead. I am passionate about advancing Indigenous education and promoting cultural understanding and I am very excited to join the TRACKS team and to be a part of the Oshkwazin Program.
