TRACKS is once again offering in-person workshops! We will do our best to get your class booked into our schedule but please note that not all requests will be filled due to limited availability this season.

The first part of this workshop request form will ask some questions of *you* as the person filling out the request. You will act as the contact person for the group you are signing up.

If more than 1 teacher from your school is interested in a workshop, please submit 1 form for all interested classes.
