Action Research


Action Research

Through this workshop, youth will begin to learn about action research. We will discuss the different roles in activism and organizing, forms of organized action throughout Turtle Island, sustaining a movement and some practical information about the right to peaceful assembly.


Workshop details:

Grades: 9-12
Length: 90 minutes
Cost: $100 or FREE for Indigenous youth and Indigenous-affiliated groups. 

This workshop has been developed for Indigenous highschool aged youth. Self-identifying Indigenous youth can request this workshop for a group of friends (minimum of 5), teachers can request this workshop for their class, or community leaders can request this workshop for their Indigenous-affiliated group.
