Land Camp Programming

TRACKS Oshkwazin will be offering Land Camps every Thursday in August. They will be led by our Oshkwazin Trailblazers and are open to Indigenous youth 13-18 years of age.

More information on the location and themes will be announced later this summer. All camps will be running from 10:00 - 3:00pm on Thursdays in August. Lunch will be provided for participants along with a
50$ honouarium. If youth attend all 4 workshops, they will receive an extra 50$.

Please note this event is dedicated for Indigenous youth. Your registration will not be confirmed if you do not identify as Indigenous. 



Food will be provided to participants during in-person activities. If you have a food allergy, sensitivity, or restriction, please let us know, so we can accommodate accordingly. Miigwech!

COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

For our in-person activities, TRACKS will be following all Peterborough Public Health guidelines and this schedule may be subject to change. We will be following Trent University COVID-19 protocols. In order to participate in any in-person activities, participants must show proof of vaccination. Please check the box below.

Virtual Beading Sessions

This section is only required if you have signed up for one of the beading sessions on Monday, March 14th.

You will receive a $25 food card, for you to be able to have food before, during, or after the session. Please choose one of the options.

In-Person Activities

This section is only required if you have signed up for any in-person activities. 

The in-person activities require youth to use tools for fish filleting and/or hide scraping. In order for youth to participate, a parent/guardian will need to complete a waiver. Please check the box below.
