TRACKS is hiring an Executive Director

TRACKS is looking to hire an Executive Director. As TRACKS Executive Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of organization direction, management, and operation. TRACKS runs a number of programs including camps, workshops, Oshkwazin Trailblazers Program, outreach events, special projects, placement and volunteer opportunities. Program delivery takes place in communities, in schools, on the Trent University campus and in various other contextual settings. The successful candidate will oversee a team including two core Program Coordinators, Communications staff, contract instructors and seasonal staff. The Executive Director must be a team-oriented, innovative, inclusive and collaborative leader who can engage and inspire all stakeholders: staff, volunteers, partners, community members, First Nations communities and Indigenous organizations. In Spring of 2022, TRACKS went through a Strategic Planning process. One of the first tasks of the successful Executive Director candidate will be to operationalize this plan.
